I’m very pleased to consult national and regional governments and ministries as well as international organisations such as UNESCO, the Council of Europe and the European Parliament. They are interested in my recommendations and justifiably ask me whether there is a community position. I fully agree that such a community consensus would gain much more substantial weight and recognition.
Therefore, I invite all colleagues and demand for a collaborative action: Let us develop together a Manifesto on AI and Education as community consensus. It could be presented and discussed at leading international conferences and events. A final version could be approved in a dedicated meeting, e. g., at the UNESCO Digital Learning Week. The main objective should be to support national and regional governments and ministries in their policy development on AI and Education.
